As of last Thursday, he finally got that last health permit after building a state-of-the-art indoor barbeque pit to satisfy regulations and bureaucracy and this Monday he was "open for testing" and invited people to come on down. We ... failed to go on Monday (it's complicated), but yesterday I went with a couple of colleagues and ate at the new Uncle Frank's (which is hidden in the back of a bar called Francesca's at 2135 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, CA).
Frank Bell still makes the best barbeque! That 30hr brisket is to die for, and those ribs are heavenly.
