Heh, cool.

I used to run Red Hat. I now run Fedora (so... well, sort of Red Hat, sort of not).

If I could run MacOS X and Linux side-by-side at the same time on a laptop, that would completely rock. I rather suspect that regardless of the vague claims in that article, you wouldn't be able to do that (at least I think that's what the vague claims of "partitioning" seemed to be hinting at -- it sure didn't sound like they were talking about disk partitions as it was always mentioned hand-in-hand with the CPUs).

"elilo", however, made me shudder. I am so happy that the bad old days of lilo are behind me and I now have the wonderful Grub. elilo sounds like lilo + instability (yay!). I'd hope they could maybe add support to Grub. I get the general impression that Grub is actively developed and kind of has the mission of being the one true boot loader, which would mean they'd want to make it work on the new platform.

It's a small thing, admittedly, a boot loader, but still!
