Gosh. This is pretty cool. I'm not sure who's responsible for it, but ... the opening of The Simpsons, live-action (yes, with real people).

But yeah, some time went into getting all of the stunts right, etc...
Outside of Europe, however, it's far from only Australia. :) Large portions of the Asia-Pacific region (including India, which is pretty huge) and a large chunk of Africa drive on the left. In fact, even a country or two in South America drive on the left.
There's a wealth of information about all this on: http://www.brianlucas.ca/roadside/ :) (REALLY cool site, that!)
It turns out that if you look at the population distribution between countries that drive on the left and countries that drive on the right, it's about 2:4 (2bn left; 4bn right).
That said, the people in the live-action Simpsons thing did look more European (or Australian, or New Zealander, or...). =)
On the other hand,
Conversely, the "mother" is driving a right-hand-drive (for driving on the left-hand side of the road) car. Amusingly, we see her driving down a country road which doesn't really have sides, so we don't see what side of the road she would have been driving on either!
That is to say... really, it could have been filmed in a country where they drive on either side of the road!
Also, well, the landscape and buildings look kind of British.
