Vicious blood pressure cuffs!

I still have marks on my arm (rows of little burst-capillary spots under my skin) from where an overly zealous automatic blood pressure machine viciously constricted my arm 5 days ago. Grr! It was massively tighter than any other time I've had my blood pressure checked, whether manually or automatically.
